Interesting Fact:
When Ed was in 7th grade, he went to Beach Bums summer camp while attending The Bridge. While at Magic Mountain, he and his whole group of friends would not, for the life of them, go on any roller coasters. The groups leader, Shannon Wilcox, forced them to go on one- whichever they wanted- and after that they became addicted. Ed has held a season pass to Six Flags every year since then (1997), and has gone on over 75 different coasters!
Ed was raised in a Christian home with loving parents. His father went to be with the Lord when Ed was 16, But he left Ed a great legacy- including working with Junior High students for over 40 years. Upon graduating from High School, Ed decided to give one of his dad's passions a try for himself, and committed to one year of service under Junior High pastor Jeremy Tullis at The Bridge. He thought it'd make him crazy- but for some
bizarre reason, it doesn't! and he loves it! He's starting his fifth year of service at the church with the Junior High this summer.
Ed graduated from Fresno Pacific University in May, 2006 with a degree in Biology.
When Ed is not spending his time with his lovely wife or his Junior High students, he can be found at Magic Mountain. He does nothing else. Literally. |
